Suggestions please

For the best alternative activity to put-off a desire to sugar binge for 20 minutes -- preferably public-friendly.  I'll start us off:

1)  masturbation (may require privacy)

My mind is so in the gutter, and I suppose I'm going to make sure it stays there for life.  There are many benefits to exercise ;)
