The Contract:
Exercise (everyday one of the following):
1 hour bike (-350 cal) or
1 hour walk uphill (-350 cal) or
½ hour lap swim (-200 cal) or
½ hour elliptical (-350 cal) or
Plus basic weights 3 days/week
Plus crunches/push-ups/stretch each day
Time: 90 days = Saturday, July 16, 2011
Loss: about 20 lbs = about 2 inches
Sleep: minimum 5 hours each night
Housework:
1 hour/day (includes bills or grocery shopping)
Kids: ½ hour of personal attention per kid per day on work days
Schedule Monday – Friday:
Wake at 5am – sleep by 11pm (reading at 10:30pm)
Wake: Blog/ breakfast until 6am * exercise until 7:30am * kids/me to school 9:30am * work 10am until 5pm with half-hour lunch (6.5 hours) Wed – Fri; Work 9am until 7pm (Mon/Tues) * house work 8-9pm * kid time b/w 5 and 8pm or 9 until 9:30pm * Saturday off, means free form * Sunday until 1pm outdoor fun then work until 6pm (visit the fam) * kill self punk rock style at end of every week
